1Agreement and Acceptance

By accessing the 77pt website, creating an account, or using any service or game on the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with 77pt under the terms set out in this document. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We will notify registered players of material changes through the platform or by email.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on 77pt, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Not be currently subject to a self-exclusion or account restriction on the platform.

77pt reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time. Players found to have provided false or misleading information during registration will have their accounts suspended. Any balances or winnings associated with a fraudulently registered account may be forfeited pending investigation.

3Account Management

Each individual may hold only one active account on 77pt. Registering multiple accounts using different names, contact details, or identification documents is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with any other person, and not allowing another individual to access the platform through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at the email address shown in the footer. We will assist with securing your account, but we cannot be held liable for losses that result from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

77pt uses OTP verification for sensitive account actions including withdrawals and profile changes. These codes must be kept private. 77pt staff will never ask for your OTP over any communication channel.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77pt – deposits, balances, and withdrawals – are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports Philippine bank transfers and eligible local e-wallets as payment methods for deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification (KYC) has been completed. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds. KYC requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed at the time. 77pt will make reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawals promptly. Any delays caused by the payment provider's own processing schedules are outside 77pt's control.

77pt does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency. Funds deposited using any prohibited payment method will be returned, and the associated account may be subject to review.

5Bonuses and Promotions

77pt may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, or other promotional benefits to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

General conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per offer, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Promotional credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 77pt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing promotional offers – including bonus stacking, creating multiple accounts, or using irregular betting patterns solely to fulfil wagering requirements – will have their bonus forfeited and the account reviewed.

Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds or stake conditions are set per promotion and communicated through the Promotions section of the platform.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 77pt platform operate according to their individual rules and a certified random number generation system. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by 77pt's operational team.

In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, the official game records held by the platform's systems shall be considered the authoritative source. Player-side screenshots or recordings are not accepted as evidence of platform errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77pt and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software or system errors for personal gain without reporting them.
• Collusion with other players in any card or table game.
• Any form of cheating, manipulation, or interference with game outcomes.

7Responsible Gaming

77pt takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your account settings.

The platform is open to players aged 21 and above only. If you believe your gaming is becoming harmful to yourself or others, we encourage you to make use of these tools immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and restrict all access to the platform for the duration you specify.

9Termination and Account Closure

You may close your 77pt account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations, provided your account is in good standing and KYC has been completed.

77pt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious rule violations, funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation or permanently forfeited.

10Changes to These Terms

77pt may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or via the email address on file. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
